Do laments make a difference?

I have always liked, and still like, to say that the largest Brazilian communication group is from Rio, like me. Competent, like many cariocas in many professions.
It is the Roberto Marinho Organizations, the O Globo Group, in practice, the only newspaper that remains in Rio de Janeiro.
However, reviewing my old papers, I see that, on Dec 16, 2017, I recorded that O Globo published a list, called the “Makes a DIFFERENCE Award”, with “the 48 personalities of 2017”.
It seems that in 2024 there were fewer “chosen ones”, only 14 categories and one from each.
So, considering only 2017 and 2024, we have: 48 + 14 = 62.
Sixty-two!
no farmer, no industrial worker,
no carpenter, no mechanic,
no priest nor police officer (forgive me, Raul),
no nurse,
no doctor practicing medicine,
no electrician, no engineer,
no garbage collector, no shoemaker,
no driver,
no loader, no bricklayer,
no graphic worker,
no primary nor secondary school teacher,
in short....
Why this prejudice against the portion of society that “gets its hands dirty” and produces?
What sadness...
Not one! Out of 62!
